Currently we ask $5.50 per pound hanging weight
This includes the cost of processing
Asking for a $100 deposit to hold your reservation

The New York State Grown & Certified program goes beyond other State marketing programs, by addressing consumer concerns about food safety and environmental stewardship. This marketing advantage is backed up by the requirement that participate in NYS Soil and Waters' Agricultural Environmental Management Program. Our hope is that the seal enables the New York livestock industry to even more effectively promote a broad range of products within the state and beyond.
